ABOUT TO EHLANZENI TVET COLLEGE
Ehlanzeni TVET College is a Technical Vocational Education and Training provider in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa’s Ehlanzeni region. The college’s mission is to provide a welcoming learning environment in which students can gain the necessary knowledge, relevant practical abilities, applied vocational and occupational skills, and positive character traits to meet the nation’s human resource, economic, and development demands. Barberton Campus, KaNyamazane Campus, Mapulaneng Campus, Mashishing Campus, Mlumati Campus, Mthimba Campus, and Nelspruit Campus are the college’s six campuses.
Ehlanzeni College assists students who meet the criteria for NSFAS bursaries by guiding them through the application process. These bursaries are available to all South African citizens.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY
You must have the following items before applying to the College:
- Payment of the registration fee must be documented.
- This is a requirement for all students applying to the program.
- A certified copy of your identification (needed for South African citizens) and your passport (foreign students).
- These items are essential for the processing of your application.
- Exam Results:
- Original/certified copies of the most current academic results must be presented.
- You must provide a unique email address whether you apply online or in person.
EHLANZENI TVET COLLEGE COURSES ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Course Requirements for NC(V);
- Students are allowed to study for a maximum of four years for NC (V) Levels 2, 3, and 4 to account for any topic failures.
- The minimal entrance requirements are NQF1 (Grade 9) and AET Level 4.
- The admission requirements have been driven and coordinated by the NC (V) policy.
- A point system will be utilized to determine qualification admittance.
Requirements for 191 Courses;
- The NATED Policy defines entrance requirements.
- Students who have completed Grade 12/NC (V) Level 4 will be admitted to N4.
- On a point system, students who have finished grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 and choose to pursue a profession as an artisan will be admitted to N1.
Requirements for Occupational Courses;
- Minimum admissions requirements based on QCTO/SETA-registered Skills Programs/Learnerships.
- Students who have previously participated in NC(V) or Report 191 programmes will be accepted only if they have completed the entire NC(V) or Report 191 programme (passed all subjects).
Additional Admissions Requirements
- The College Council has established new admission requirements for NC(V) level 2, Report 191 N1, and Report 191 N4 using a point system in order to improve the quality and performance of specialised programmes.
